In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious the Ever Merciful

training  lesson (unit 13 ,lesson one)  for the 9^th grade students. The  teacher  started the lesson that is entitled "Be Happy " with  a memory game in which students had to memorize how many sad and happy faces  were on the screen.

The aim of the lesson was to let students talk and write about things that cheer them up and vice versa. Thus  students  listened to related music, watched  various pictures  in order to interact and express their attitudes and feelings.

The participation was even more funny and more fruitful  when the students  and the teachers filled in an interesting questionnaire.

Girls and teachers discussed and exchanged  the questionnaire together in a pretty  effective atmosphere.

       Later, students answered a work sheet(free writing -questions) as a summative evaluation.

Miss Marwa used delightful techniques to stimulate  the students  to talk  freely and  honestly, she used: LCD- music-songs-questionnaire-group/pair work-worksheet and finally a cartoon clip  related to the lesson.

 The deputy school principal(Mrs. Sammah) and school's English staff teachers thanked Miss Marwa and discussed the procedures , offering  their constructive comments and appreciating  her efforts and new interesting  strategies.
